Is it sad that the first thing that made me laugh was the guys bow tie? My boyfriend looked at me like I was mentally unstable when I yelled, "HAHA THAT'S NOT SUPPOSE TO BE THERE".

Didn't look cheated to me! The dorsal fin is situated pretty far back on a dolphin -- I assumed the guy was sitting immediately in front of it, while the girl was sitting on the viewer's side of it, with the guy's hand keeping her from sliding off (and, at the same time, hiding the fin). So, yeah, it makes visual sense in my mind!
