I did this sketch of my version of my friend Devynn's OC, LYRA. Devynn used to hang out at our studio as an unofficial intern (she was about 14? at the time) and we could hardly get her to draw in her sketchbook and bring it in and show it to us. Now, as of the last couple years, she draws all the time. Posts regularly on DA and creates her own characters and the whole deal. Good for you Dev! (BTW, she was the person who introduced me to the term "WTF". This was when that term was new (and I'm old) so my biz partner and I had not seen if before. She was embarassed to tell us what it meant- as she should have been! Dang. We teased her for a good while about that.) Check out her Lyra character here: [link]

ahaha. Tom, I don't know if you knew this but "Modern Family" made a joke about the term 'WTF.' The old dad says how he's hip and in the know with texting terms so he's like "I know all the texting terms: LOL is laugh out loud, FYI is for you information, WTF is why the face?" ahaha it's a great clip. Anyways, I always enjoy your drawings. Thanks for posting.
