I finally took a moment and finished this up. I added the girl on the far right and the "mob" looking guy in the middle, back. Those were the last two. I don't love everything about this, but it was a fun experiment to take all these trendy types and put them together as if they were characters within some sort of group. I did a bunch of little Photoshop nick and tucks to get heads smaller, feet bigger/smaller, arms shorter, weight right, etc. Plus, dropped out the blue underdrawing in Photoshop, so all you see is the graphite line. Its a little cleaner, but still, a sketch.

How do you make the blue under drawing disappear? and what pencil you use for blue color exactly? Also, the black pencil, was that graphite?

Amazing work sir

Its a Photoshop trick. If you scan in color, you can go into the "channels" box and hit the "Blue" level. That knocks out all the blue in the scan. Then go to image/mode and hit greyscale so now it is just a greyscale image. Tweak the levels (blacks and whites) and its done.

I use a blue Col-Erase pencil and just any black graphite pencil.

Thanks.. I'll try that :D I've just been using blue pencils lately... for sketch outs.. they're great.. What's the brand and the kind of blue pencil you use? I wanna know it's just a blue color pencil or just a blue pencil with colored lead? and what do you use for Black final strokes? Graphite pencil?

It's really fantastic, but is like to point out that the lead girl up front. Her necklace chain in broken half. You might want to fix that
